Encompassing a vast area of 20,000 square meters, our sister concern company proudly showcases an impressive manufacturing facility that seamlessly integrates cutting-edge technology with expert craftsmanship. With a dedicated workforce of 250 highly trained professionals, we possess the capacity to produce approximately 1.3 million meters of fabric per month. Our commitment to quality and efficiency is deeply ingrained in our state-of-the-art infrastructure and specialized machinery.
Advanced Machinery
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art high-speed machinery, including Air Jet Looms, Rapier Dobby looms, and the latest electronic Jacquard Looms. These advanced machines ensure precise and efficient fabric production, allowing us to meet the diverse requirements of our clients while consistently maintaining superior quality.
Pre-Process Facilities
In addition to our cutting-edge weaving capabilities, we also house all the pre-process facilities in-house. Our sister concern company is equipped with top-of-the-line machinery for Yarn Sizing, including the renowned Tsudakoma machinery. We have comprehensive facilities for Warping and Yarn Twisting (TFO), ensuring the highest quality yarn preparation for our weaving processes.
Specialization in Cut Work Fabrics
One of our key specialties is cut work fabrics, and we have dedicated machinery in-house to cater to this specific requirement. Our shearing (thread cutting) machine allows us to achieve intricate cut work designs with precision, adding an extra touch of elegance and uniqueness to our fabrics.
